On 5th and 6th of March 2019, an auditor from Lloyd’s Register (LR) carried out planned two-day surveillance assessment at the Andrews Fasteners Limited against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, NHSS 3 and the Construction Product Regulations (EN 15048 and EN 14399). Our company successfully demonstrated the requirements of the standards and auditor issue further recommendation for continued certification to ISO 9001:2015, NHSS3 & both construction products standards for Andrews Fasteners.

Following certification renewal audit carried out by Lloyd’s Register (LR) on 31st January 2018 and 1st February 2018, we have been issued with our latest certificates for ISO 9001:2015, NHSS3 and CE/FPC for EN 15048 and EN 14399 (CPR). In July 2016 BS EN 15048 Part 1 and Part 2 was updated, and new the version has been released. Due to a large amount of enquiries from our customers asking if Andrews Fasteners will be providing our product to the latest standard, we have issued the following statement below in answer to this question. CE Marking to BS EN 15048-1:2016 Regarding the updated standards for EN 15048 Part 1 and Part 2, 2016 edition, we can confirm that all our products offered will comply with the 2015 versions.

We are pleased to announce, that on** 23rd of March 2015** Andrews Fasteners Limited have been reassessed to EN 15048 non-preloaded assemblies and EN 14399 preloaded assemblies Countersunk HR On 20th of April 2015 Andrews Fasteners Limited have had our approval extended to offer EN 14399 countersunk preloaded assemblies (EN 14399-7). As a result of the reassessment and the change to our approval, on 27th of April 2015 notified body Lloyd’s Register LRQA have issued new certificates for EN 15048 and EN 14399.

Andrews Fasteners Limited has recently gone through a restructuring process through administration. Due to this change, we are now operating through a new company with the new company number of 9350180 and new VAT number GB 201 4811 60. The new company is owned solely by the Managing Director Michael Carey. From a quality point of view, all test certificates will be issued as usual, with the new registration number on them.
