1) Molybdenum may be present.
2) If maximum carbon (C) is 0.030, nitrogen (N) may be present at maximum of 0.22.

4) At the discretion of the manufacturer carbon (C) may be as high as necessary, allowing to obtain specific mechanical properties for larger diameters, but shall be not more than 0.12.

This table specifies the limits according to ISO 3506-1:2020 & ISO 3506-2:2020. The final choice of the chemical composition within the specified grade is at the discretion of the manufacturer, unless otherwise agreed.
